In Citrine's first appearance, she was seen pulling a train with Amethyst. Citrine and Amethyst later spent the day shunting and pulling trains with Amethyst, Star, and Quartz.

Personality

Not much is known about Citrine, although it can be assumed that she has a similar personality to Amethyst.

Basis

Citrine is based on an LMS Ivatt Class 2MT tank engine developed for the London, Midland and Scottish Railway. Unlike her basis, Citrine lacks a sand dome. Arthur, Amethyst, Emerald, Bloodstone, Domog, and Anubis are also members of this class.

Originally, Citrine was painted yellow with black lining. She had a yellow headlamp and black bufferbeams and footplate. She also had "KR" on her tanks in black and her circular yellow gem on her coal bunker.

Sincer her redesign, Citrine has been painted gold with brown lining. She had gold bufferbeams and footplate and brown wheels. She also has her name on her tanks in brown and her circular yellow gem on her coal bunker.
