| Gianna | Listen kid, I’m the coolest girl in school. I can’t be seen with a nerd like you. |
| Kevin | (scared; stuttering) Y-y-yes ma'am. |
| The scene changes to later on in the class. | |
| Mrs. English | Now, everyone, partner up. |
| All the students partner up leaving Kevin, scared, all alone. | |
| Mrs. English | (looking at Kevin) I said everyone. |
| Gianna | Ha ha. Coward! Coward! |
| Just then, Analice enters. | |
| Analice | I’m back! What are we doing, Mrs. English? |
| Mrs. English | Partnering up. You're with Kevin. |
| Analice | Who? |
| Kevin waves and Analice goes over to him. | |
| Analice | Hi, I'm Analice. |
| Kevin | (still scared; stuttering) H-h-hello. |
| Analice | Why are you scared, Kevin? |
| Kevin | (pointing to Gianna) Her. |
| Analice | That jerk? We're not all like her, you know. |
| Kevin | Oh. |
| Analice | So, what do you like to do, Kevin? |
| Kevin | I like to... |
| The scene changes to the end of class, about 30 minutes later. | |
| Analice | It was so nice getting to know you, Kev. |
| Kevin | You, too, Analice. |
| Gianna | Darn it! Wait until he has to deal with Dominic. |
