Saving Miss Michaels is the eleventh episode of the second season of the Stories From Sodor:Future spin-off series.
Plot[]
Principal Dean finds out that Emma lied on her resume and is not a certified teacher. Because of this, Emma will most likely be fired, depending on how the school board rules at its next meeting.
Emma relays this information to the Poetry Club, and later that day, the Poetry Club members tell Kevin the news.
Kevin immediately goes to Jacob and tells him the news he has heard. Jacob decides they need to do something to help Emma. Anna also agrees to help.
The next day, Jacob, Kevin, and Anna gather the Poetry Club, as well as the cast of the school's musical, which is also run by Emma, and some old friends to come up with a plan. They decide to go to the school board meeting to try and convince them to let Emma keep her job.
The school board meeting soon comes, and just as Principal Dean is about to fire Emma, hums come from the crowd. It is then revealed to be Jacob, Kevin, and the kids, who then sing a song conveying all the ways Emma has helped her students.
The performance successfully convinces the school board to let Emma keep her job. After the meeting is over, Emma thanks all the students and her friends, especially Jacob.

- This episode is an adaptation of the episode, "What Team?", from the first season of the Disney+ original series, High School Musical: The Musical: The Series.
- The song "Truth, Justice, and Songs In Our Key" is also adapted from said episode.
- The title is a reference to the 2013 movie, Saving Mr. Banks.
- This marks Hannah's first appearance in Stories From Sodor:Future. Beginning with the following season, Hannah would become a main cast member in the series.
